The aim is to develop a world class mixed use living habitat consisting of residential apartments, convention centre, prayer hall and facility for assisted living for Delhi Catholic Archdiocese in association with Holy Family Hospital in New Delhi.

The master plan and the architectural design envisages a distinctive development that sets a benchmark for residential living in an present urban context, specially in India. The design comprises of two linear blocks of 10 storey and 6 storey, connected with 3 storeyed block, situated on an expansive landscaped communal areas creating bold gestures that blends the architecture with the landscape and community living. The large cultural landscape courtyard or the central park forms the heart of the complex expanding into vertical landscape on the building and facade of the lobbies. The architecture, interiors and landscape of this design are conceived as a holistic experience – a cohesion of building, site and space.
