In the heart of South Delhi, the vision of Mother (Dr.) Anna Dengel of providing necessary medical services to the public has come to fruition in the form of the Holy Family Hospital. Spread over 23 acres of land and run by the Delhi Catholic Archdiocese, the hospital is a multi-specialty hospital whose original foundation stone had been laid in 1953 by Dr. Radhakrishnan, vice president of India.

Technical Details:

  • Total Land Area: 23 Acres
  • 345 bed multi-specialty hospital
  • Medical College
  • Residential facilities for staff and students

Apart from the hospital, the Holy Family Institute of Nursing, the flagship college of the hospital, is also a part of the sprawling campus. The whole hospital campus was designed with the plan of minimum intrusion into the surrounding natural landscape, a practice that found favor with the Delhi Catholic Archdiocese as well.
